Miles, General manager and Director of the Florida East Coast Canal and Transportation Co. to Landford Fleming of Ottawa, Ontario, stockholder in the Boston and Florida Land Co.; the letters relate to matters pertaining to Flagler enterprises, owned by Henry Morrison Flagler, a Florida landowner who was starting the construction of a hotel at Lake Worth, Fla., and development of his railway system to bring out-of-state visitors to Florida.
